ORDER PROCESSING
Ready to ship pieces are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once the order has shipped, you will get an additional email with the tracking number.
All items are securely shipped through USPS Ground Advantage delivery time is 2-5 business days. USPS Priority Mail Express delivery time is 1-3 business day. All packages require a signature upon delivery.
At this time we do not ship internationally.
K’Aura Jewelry is not responsible for unforeseen USPS delays during the transit of the package. Please file a complaint with USPS Customer Support if your delivery was delayed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
K’Aura Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at the time of checkout. Please ensure your address is correct. Incorrect addresses can cause lost packages.
If your package is lost in transit, this is the carrier's responsibility. In this case the customer should reach out to USPS directly.
K’Aura Jewelry will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate through USPS K’Aura Jewelry will not provide a refund.
MISSED DELIVERY & UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
USPS will return the package to our location. Once your package is returned a customer service representative will personally contact you. Once confirmed that your package has arrived, you may choose to receive a full refund or reshipment.
